refuse to hand over the cc info and just talk to support while preparing a copy of your driver's licence/recent bill. once support starts behaving rationally volunteer those and you'll get your money.

Regarding the security check, it asks for 4 items, but it seems only the number 1 has to do with me:

number 1 asks for a copy of my ID. Sure, I'll send that. But numbers 2, 3, and 4 ask for info about credit cards that I've used with you. I haven't used any. I've only used moneybookers and Neteller, and would like to keep it that way.

Suddenly a couple days later everything was good to go.

Yeah. And to answer jonyy and j, I just use WindowManager, AHK, PTFB Pro, and a bit of elbow grease (and PT/PAHUD, obv).

I was getting like 75% coverage, but PAHUD has been acting up a bit lately (anyone else?), so prob somewhat less now.
