Anyone who has a current issue with a withdrawal from Doyle's Room, please email trish@dbpn.com directly with the screen name and the amount of your pending cash out. While she can not resolve any of these issues on her own, she can expedite them and get you some answers.

asked for ach 2 months ago, got the regular email of no more ach a month later, asked for a transfer to FT, spoke with live support twice and emailed the person they told me to several times - all to no avail, no response from him/them. after reading kahn's post i sent another email yesterday with the magic word "casinomesiter"- money in FT account today [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I'm corresponding with someone in accounting with their own direct email address named "Jessica Moreno" It would seem that this stupid bitch cannot add. I requested an account balance since I had no way to log into my account any more (post prima swap) and she shorted me $221.00 in the total. This is just ridiculous...

**note, I found the error by digging through transaction history after logging into https://cashier.dbpn.com/login.aspx where the old Doyle's Room Log/Pass still works **

Thank you kahntrutahn! It seems that the magic word is working for me too. Now I got the first response from accounting department and they promised to call back if I don't get the money on monday. Of course it's not over yet...

However this is the first time I got problems with withdrawals with any site. The whole situation is really shady in Doyle's nowadays. I don't know what the problem is but I definetly recommend to avoid this room.

About the ACTION POINTS.

I talked to support. They said they WILL tranfer the Action Points of players from the old to the new Doyle's Room.

It'll take about 3 more weeks. So Hopefully we should get them at the end of May.
