You mentioned that you do not attend a university - does that mean that you are no longer pursuing your Management/Marketing Bachelor's at Saint John Fisher College? Class of 2007, right?

[/ QUOTE ]

If this is an attempt to startle me, please be aware that I do recall discussing this with you via PM. Saint John Fisher College is not a university.

I do not think you would have been able to disappear considering people have all your info. I also think that you would have disappeared if your info remained unknown.

To be fair, you shut down your webpage with a fake error message

[/ QUOTE ]

There is no "fake error message." I see what you guys are talking about, but apparently it is actually the default error handling on that account. Type in any address on the domain and you will receive the same error. This is not my doing.

chigger - All claims which we "processing" at the time the site was taken down will be paid (assuming the outcomes of (a) and (b) in my post above are favorable).

So, since my Cirrus Casino (I believe) sign up status was approved and/or processing, I should get paid? I know that this was certainly further along than my SIA status.

According to a database I use it looks like there was a picture of FON in the Syracuse newspaper back in 2002, assuming it's the same person. Someone should get the picture and post it, just out of curiosity.

People here don't have as much information as you'd think. As far as I know, anyone with a brain and a keyboard should have:

- Information available on Facebook (college-issued email address, major, age, etc.)
- My college-issued PO Box address which was previously available from a simple WHOIS of the CasinoCashUnlimited.com.

That's probably about it. If someone was good enough to get my home address, I regret to inform him or her that the address they found is not where I live...there is absolutely no record of my current residence ANYWHERE. Not that any of this matters.

P.S. This is not a challenge to find more information...I'm sure someone here could. It should be obvious that I never intended to "scam" anyone, otherwise I'd have never operated using accurate information in the first place.

lol that's one of the fastest 360s I've seen in awhile. Congrats you're on the right track.
I'll make a sidebet with you that if you don't pay people what they're owed i can find out your address, I probably wouldn't do anything with it, but I could find it.

You may not have been planning on scamming at the start, but you admitted you were planning on "disappearing" which in other words you were going to scam everyone that signed up through you that has not been paid.

As previously stated, if I am able to recover commissions for leads generated this month...all processing claims will certainly be paid (assuming it is decided that doing so would not be in breach of the new Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act). Perhaps helping me recover the commissions would be more beneficial than trying to do whatever you can to ruin my life?

Jibba - I'm assuming the response from SIA means that the broker was paid for the lead(s). This is good news. However, please note that I *DO NOT* have a direct agreement with Sports Interaction and therefore have not discussed the issue with them.

If you all could allow until the 20th before filing suit or taking whatever action you feel necessary, this would certainly give me the time to a) verify that the broker was in fact paid for the leads, and b) verify that I would not be in breach of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act by sending payments.

Thank you specifically to chopstix being what seems to be the only one here more interested in getting things sorted out than some of the other things being elluded to.

[/ QUOTE ]

FON I signed up and completed the SIA offer last month...you also replied to my emails/im's letting me know everything went thru and I would be paid on the 20th.

I may hold off 5-10 days on going thru with my plans in retaliation for being scammed. Despite what appears to be you scamming everyone and basically admitting it..if I'm paid I'll let it pass.

You say first- you aren't getting paid by your "broker", do you have any emails or paperwork to prove that this might be the case?

2nd now you say wait till the 20th to see if in fact you are paid thru your broker....seems like your contradicting yourself.

Given even you have stated that at the very latest people would get the $250 in their accounts by the 20th..if not earlier-one has to assume you get paid the $$ several days earlier.

So I will simply follow the actions of others in this thread and file after they do.

I would highly highly recommend paying everyone you owe.
Screwing up your credit, and worse, for the next 10 years isn't worthy it.

Wow...this makes me think your really naive
All I would need is your name, a previous address you've used and I could get your entire background--parents, where they live, their phone number...all your previous addresses, your phone number, where you go to school, where you have worked, and if I slipped a little extra money my friends way...your social security number.

Its quite easy.

So, would you rather stew over what my intent may or may not have been at that time...or take assurance in what my intent is now?
