Bobbo, I'm curious. I really like your first 7 picks. Why the last 3? I think you need assists and a bit of steals from your swingmen WAY more than you need scoring (given that you don't have any already)

sendingyou a pm, i cant publicly disclose my secret information (i would "lol," but im actually serious, even though it soudns like this would be a joke)

Would like some feedback on the team I drafted tonight, hope this isn't the wrong spot.

12 team league, picked 7th, 9 cat standard, H2H. 10 starters, weekly lineups.

1. Arenas
2. Rashard Lewis
3. Michael Redd
4. Josh Howard
5. Mike Miller
6. Mehmet Okur
7. Darko
8. TJ Ford
9. Walter Herriman
10. Louis Scola
11. Jarret Jack
12. Robert Swift
13. Grant Hill
14. Jose Calderon

I was kinda forced to go small because of who landed to me, kinda unsure if I can win enough cat's, let me know what you think.

I offered him some scrub (cant remember)+ Michael Redd for Kaman+Blatche where he is def getting the better end of the deal and he still declined. He has a ton of bigmen anyway and needs guards.

Of course he countered with some ridiculous offer I forgot because it was so bad. Something like Redd+Andre Miller+someone else AND my first round pick for Kaman+Bibby+someone else LOL. (Can't remember the exact trade but it was so awful and he expected me to throw in a 1st round pick too).

After that I just said [censored] it and realized he isn't going to a deal unless hes drastically ripping me off.

I wouldn't trade you Kaman and Blatche for Redd either.

[/ QUOTE ]

Agreed, Kaman/Blatche probably > Redd/Scrub

[/ QUOTE ]

LOL at you two doing that exact deal after both Seth and I thought it was a bad one for Barbier. See? He will make more trades than anyone in the league, guaranteed.

Yeah I retract my previous statements. And btw it def is not a bad deal for him, I feel like it's a good deal for both teams considering we both addressed our needs.

OPENING NIGHT!!!

Duncan putting up the type of numbers I pay him the big $$$ for:

24 Pts, 14 Reb, 3 Ast, 1 Blk, 62.5% 2pt%

Steve Blake may be on his way to earning a starting spot for the Beers with his contributions off the bench tonight.

Parker had a nice night, but I was disappointed with his overall numbers after his monster first half.

19/5/2 with 1 steal.. 3 TOs.. puke. 53.8% 2pt%. 0-1 from 3.

Nice outing from Brent Barry as well. Going well so far. Now Luke Walton needs to take it to the Rockets.

In fairness to TP, those numbers are more or less his averages.

Blake with a good start. WTF happened to Frye? Pryz going off? Wow.

Martell Webster had a nice night, though he might want to pass the ball occasionally (21/3/1 1bk, 6-9 from 2/ 3-6 from 3...)

Incidentally, McMillan may want to rethink the Blake/Jack/Webster/Outlaw/Frye 2nd unit, it looked really really awful. Especially Channing Frye.
