It's your responsibility as a moral being not to send him the 6k until you are sufficiently certain he isn't a scammer.

Actually it is my responsibility as a moral being to follow through with what I said I would do. I am about to fullfill my obligation and send him the $6k as I have just received an email from UB granting me access to transfer via the client. This is soon to be a part of the past.

If you found out that with 100% certainty that this guy was in fact SDP and he did in fact scam people to get that 6k would you still send it to him?

meh, I can't believe you're going through all this hassle to give a scammer his money back. If it was me, I'd ask Stars if they'd confiscate the money and attempt to distribute it to some of the people scammed by him in the past.

The other thing I can't believe is how this guy is still out there scamming people. He's taking thousands from high profile poker players over the last year or two...why haven't any of these people, who obviously have some very deep pockets, put some of their money to use to either get him thrown in jail or to just hunt him down and beat the living hell out of him.

I don't operate on hypotheticals, the $6k has been sent to him via UB per his request. gg

Cashman I see your name on all sorts of people's avatars. If I see these people on my nl cash tables or in tournaments, can I just assume they're all tourney donks?

Thanks in advance.
