You may have made it just by folding.

But you don't have to fold EVERY hand - you should still steal blinds here and there to try to stay even but you def DON't want to play big pots vs other big stacks.

The other guy with the QQ should folded too fwiw.

With the blinds at 2000/4000, I'd be making it 10k to go with any speculative hand but avoiding big pots like the plaig.

There were 2 people at your table with fewer chips, and you had an M of 10. The JT is somewhat reasonable, but after big stack raises you have to dump AK there. 50% of the time here you have no seat. You need to be reasonably sure that if you fold you don't get a seat more than 50% of the time for a push to be correct there.
