Stephen: IMO, killing an unconfirmed last night is worse than no kill at all, for the wolves.

I'm having a very hard time looking at the list of 6 potential wolves and finding one I would be unhappy about lynching

exactly. you target lastchance. if he's frodo, oh well, you kill him tonight, then aragorn, then sam.

if he's not frodo, you kill a confirmed.

seems to make the most sense to me

i'm all for killing VR and other ppl who didn't post until late yesterday. that seems like a possible wolf strat to narrow down frodo's identity.
