FYI, I have had literally 0 problems with this product. All my stats always show up and other than a couple beta's that had to come out all is always good. I once had a DB Cache problem but that was as far as I've got problem wise.

If you can list any specific problems I can try to help out if you want

Man, I am constantly having problems with PAHUD.

Here is my latest one.

Basically, tables are slow to open (sometimes taking up to an hour) and then I only get some stats from some players (random).

When your import hands from PT it should now come up when you go too add a table.

Does it work with Vista?

Try recreating your DB cache.

Also, you have 1.19.1, right?

Also, make sure you have all your db's selected in the Database List in preferences.

Make sure to turn off your filters in the filter section. I usually put hands required to 5, and then turn off all the others. Especially the one that says use only hands from last X hands. It has only cause trouble for me when trying to use it.

I recently started using the "only use last x hands" feature so maybe that is contributing to my problem.

I turned it off.

The database cache is now loading. Before turning this filter off it wouldn't do anything for me (like update).

It will take a while for your database cache to go through, it should be recreating the whole thing.

My hypothesis: For some reason they are turning off DB Cache when using that filter. Maybe their cache cannot handle changing from all hands to 1k hands, so they have to get them manually and cannot use DBCache. Maybe it is just a bug. Either way you should tell them about the problem and see if it is in fact a bug because it is/was the same for another person I helped out.

P.S. I assume this is probably your problem, and I think this should fix it for you. Feel free to ask me any computer questions if you run into any trouble or anything, I am generally not an [censored] like PAHud support was in the thread you showed us, lol.

Prod, I copy/pasted what you just said (other than the part about support).

The guy came off like that because I told him I was downloading gametime+ and I was sick of the problems (I since deleted it).
