I can't get the program to open any sng's, it says that the party lobby is not found even though it's clearly on.

Sometimes mine works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it causes the lobby to minimize and become unrestorable. But for some reason I randomly get:

"No games found! (Make sure that 'Sit & Go's!' -> '1-Table' is selected.)"

I'm not even sure what I do to make it work, but usually after fiddling for about 5 minutes it starts working again.

Is it supposed to close the finished tables in mining mode? I always end up with 12 blanc tables after 40 minutes...

The problem is not actually with SNG Opener, but rather, with the PartyPoker service.

SNGs are simply not spawning as often as they should. Email PartyPoker to get a randomised response from them.

No, there are major problems with this software. It somehow minimized the PartyPoker lobby so that it can't be restored, and it tries to open new tables so agressively, that the partypoker software always crashes for me during a set.

The aggressive nature of this software coupled with partypoker's fragility makes it a loser.

for me, it crashes while i'm doing something (typing in my raise, sliding the slider, or even pushing fold/check/raise button) while Opener is opening a table.

so while opener is trying to open a new game, i just dont do anything till it's done (about 2 secs).
