1. this is an extremely small sample size (350 jobs)
2. these are the shittiest jobs: "driver, a dishwasher, a laborer, warehouse worker and production worker" where background crudentials are not very important.
3. the % in being called back was low for both 14 and 17, and if applied over the entire country im sure it would even out.
4. this was over 4 years ago

grey, please stop making me argue with you by posting moronic statements. That study has a sample of 350 jobs in it. What your saying is that this study conclusively proves that white felons get called more than blacks of same qualifications in America as a whole? I'd venture to say you need a bit more solid data than some small study with little data. Please stop with your politically correct tirade.
