I get a 5-20 sec hicup and then the Ft screen pops up saying trying again...connected..Its hit or miss, sometimes 4 times a session somtimes not at all. I have a very nice 4 month old dell and recently had my connection checked. I play at other sites and do not have this problem.

I took a month off from FTP, and just returned this weekend to find...
...the site is TOTALLY UNUSABLE!! (1) Lag. Every five or ten minutes it hiccoughs, won't let me hit any buttons or take any actions, then after 10-20 second comes back. (2) Focus stealing. Oh my gawd is this annoying. I'm in the middle of an action when another table pops up that I don't even have a hand on yet and I can't go back to the table that I'm in a hand and timing out of. (3) Disconnects. Every 20 minutes or so the tables freeze, but instead of coming back in 10-20 seconds, the "reconnecting" screen pops up instead, and I drop from hands I'm in and get sat out of tables. (Once it wouldn't even let me sit back in and wouldn't sit me out either, I was just sitting there frozen for 15 minutes watching hands and had to close the table.) I think I lost a full buyin between the disconnects I had this weekend. I like FTP. I want to play on FTP. I put in several session this weekend. Normally I used to play 10-12 tables, but after the recent "updates" I only played 6, and I couldn't even do that for more than 15 minutes at a time. I have a new 6-month old Dell that is ONLY used for poker playing, a rock solid DSL internet connection, and no troubles with any other applications or internet stuff. FTP is completely unusable for me. God this is disappointing. I was tempted to pull all my money of the site. Since I don't have any other alternatives right now I will give FTP a couple weeks to sort this [censored] out, but its completely and totally useless and unplayable right now, and there's no sense in keeping money there if I can't play. I'll give it two weeks, plus the time it takes me to move money around online, then I'm out. Please please please fix the LAG, DISCONNECT, and FOCUS STEALING problems. They have ruined your site!! Please.

Until they changed it somewhat recently, there was a very finite amount of .50/1 NL HU tables.
