and yeah, you are exaggerating "centrally planned economy" cause IP is diff from tangible property, and bleh. damn it.

good discussion tho, i fundamentally disagree with you anarcho types, but def i am more skeptical looking at patent now. you guys are very ideologically opposed to it, so it makes me curious.

Of course it's different. Trying to legislate it into compliance is no different than the Indiana legislature declaring that Pi = 3.
