I know nothing about making a motion avatar, but I have an idea of what I'd like to morph mine into.
My avatar is the word LIAR written diagonaly to look like a face. If someone could make it happen, here's what I'd like: 1) The mouth of the face opens and the cursive word "liar" comes out. (as pictured in my avatar, only rotated and small, to make it look like the face is saying the word) 2) The image zooms in closely to the word "liar", and rotates to form the original face in my current avatar. 3) There is a 10-15 second delay as a still, matching my current avatar, and the cycle begins again. If anyone is willing to make this happen, I would be very grateful.

Figured out how to make the avatars. Pretty good stuff. Ill work on it tomorrow some more, but the 80 x 80 really limits what you can do. What is the max file size allowable?

What is the max file size allowable? [/ QUOTE ] There is no set rule but under 100 kb is the goal. Anything over 200 kb is probably too big unless it is really fine booby. Glad you are going to become an avatar mechanic we are waaayyy behind atm. lol That tiger one you made is cool just a little fuzzy but often that is caused by the source of the video and not your methods.
