Somebody's placing big bets and paying officials or something. [/ QUOTE ] I'm going to assume that's sarcasm, but there in an explaination other then being rigged. Both teams (Colts and Ravens) had a bad game. In the Colts-Dal game alot of bonces didn't go their way, these things happen. It wasn't as if the Cowboys didn't play a good game (they certainly did) but the Colts got unlucky, suck it up and move on (the Colts got lucky on a few balls in the NE game, give and take). The Ravens too had some breaks not go their way, and their opponent (anyone who says they can predict how the Bengals will play is a lier) had a good game, more sucking it up is called for. You can watch the tape and see where things go a little squirrly and where people are playing poorly. For an excercise in this, watch Grossman vs. P. Manning. One throws wild passes that would be Int Grounding if they weren't picked off, and the other hits his Wide outs and gets passes tiped to defenders. That's what's awesome about the league. Any team can win. I don't think they'll be much debate that it's still: 1 IND/SD 2 BALT 3 NE 4 Every AFC team and a few from NFL Europe 5 CHI

[/ QUOTE ] You don't properly understand the never-say-die "variance" claim of 2+2. The fact that the game still would've been tied via a miss or that the Colts blew a 14-0 lead doesn't matter.

Man, teams really can come together and improve. Catch a team down, like Bolts vs. Tenn or SF early, and you get total domination (or at least a convincing win like vs. Browns). A couple months later, its like they're a new team.
