brandi, good luck. One thing I want to mention though is that most NL players do not find it necessary to calcula te the exact mathematical equity of their hand. E.g. I raise with aq suited and the flop tc 5c 3h I might 3-bet push shove over a flop raise because I know that I have at least 30% equity against his best possible range and I know I could potentially have much better equity against the worse part of their range. anyway, I think the mathematical part of poker is somewhat hyped up. Not to say it's not the fundamental basis, but rather that u need to be able to know that you have at least like 30% + equity as a minimum in order to put money into a hand(unless your making some sort of unusual bluff move), and then other than that there is a lot of flexibility as to how you play your hands and how you incorporate reads. If that sounds somewhat convoluted, your right it is ha ha.

Funny, I remember Brandi posting a while back a response to a question about whether she played in the 2006 WSOP ME which was "I don't even know what the 'WSOP ME' is...". Now she is the self proclaimed belle of the ball who 'knows all the percentages' and will always have the best hand. BEWARE indeed.

I'M THE ONE WHO HAS TO CATCH THIS? Forty two replies and no one says "the non standard deviations will be taught soon".
I thought we had smart creative people on this site.
