I'm officially very, very dumb. Apparently you have to click submit before getting to choose the method. It's on that second screen.

That was dumb of me but I didn't want to test it out and get a dollar check from them. They really should say something about paytru on that first screen though.

Thanks for being brave enough to admit it. I was wondering the same thing....

I'm a little confused on cashing out, when I go to the atm should I withdraw 2.50 less than my paytru balance is or should I withdraw the whole amount then they take their fee automatically?

How long did it take to receive your cards in the mail? I've been waiting over a month with no card in hand yet.

Hello XXX,

Thank you for your email.

I am afraid that the Prepaid Visa Debit Card program has reached capacity
limits for issuing new cards. Please check back soon to order your new
card.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for playing at PokerStars and we wish you the best of luck in
our games.

Regards,

Josh

WTF! How to you reach capacity? I would stay far away from this one.

Just because it's a common plastic card, doesn't mean they are not subject to normal produciton issues. Whoever is actually making the cards might have a huge order from chase or the like and paytru likely has to wait in line because their batches are small.

Or, they got swamped and are running around trying to find a new/additional supplier and can't promise 3 week delivery anymore as a result..

I'm not saying this is what is going on, or whether or not everything is on the up & up, only that this is common for just about anything that gets manufactured.

ok, this all seems very sketchy. from what i can tell there is no way to withdraw? is it possible to move my paytru money back into stars (with no card)? seems then if paytru goes under then stars will let me withdraw by check.
