FTP now shipping checks?

I've requested two checks from FTP:

One on January 24, 2007
And another on March 3, 2007

I have received my March requested check, but have still not received my January requested check. What a joke! A check I requested almost two months ago has still not arrived!

Meanwhile, I've always had good cashout experiences with Poker Stars. The more this goes on, the more I play on Poker Stars and the less I play on Full Tilt.

How many other people are still waiting for a check from late January?

It appears that a batch of checks requested in late January is unaccounted for.

I'm still waiting.

Why doesn't FTP just cancel these checks, and send new ones out, as apparently their check processor is able to send them out now?

well, hopefully i should be getting my check soon

this is their latest response, and it sounds like they've already sent out the check... of course i'd be happier with a tracking number, but as long as i really do get it in a few days i'll be ok

Thank you for your patience and understanding concerning your recent
check request.

We have confirmed that all outstanding checks have now been processed
and sent out for delivery. Unfortunately, due to a backlog in overnight
deliveries with our new check processor, deliveries are arriving quicker
via USPS Priority Mail. Rather than subject our players to further
delays, some checks were sent via USPS Priority Mail, which have been
arriving within 3-5 business days. Rest assured this issue is temporary
and should be resolved soon.

At this time, all checks approved on or before March 6th, 2007 have been
processed and sent out. Those should arrive within 3 to 5 business
days. Checks approved after March 6th, 2007 are being processed
according to our regular schedule with the exception that some checks
that were requested as overnight delivery were sent via USPS Priority
Mail as mentioned above.

We apologize for any confusion that may have resulted and thank you for
choosing Full Tilt Poker.
