Jesus. I have a criminal record from undergrad for public intox on two occasions. I am absolutely saying that if I were to have any sort of charges for an altercation here that I wouldn't sit for the bar. I don't care if you're a partner in a firm or a sitting judge, you're incorrect. I have explained my situation 4 times now. I have a record, and it's gonna be close as it is sitting for the bar - do you really think that some old douchebags on the review panel will think I'm fit to practice law if I am getting into fights over someone cutting in line?
