Why the heck would you want Willis but not Schilling?

Now if they could put him in some protective bubble and unwrap him to dominate in the playoffs fine. Willis is 25 and with the Phillies offense would have a good shot to win 20 games. |

Re: ***Official 2007 Philadelphia Phillies Thread***
I did not know lohse and romero were free agents. thats gay. We obv need to sign romero and if we can get lohse for cheap enough and go for another big name pitcher like schilling, mo rivera or dtrain, i'd feel great about that.
Also, is it just me or should Rowand be getting around a vernon wells type contract when he's a free agent? espn.com says he's more in the juan pierre league but it seems to me he's on a higher level than him. Better offense, gold glove type player with great locker room personality (etc.), seems like a lock to get a big wasteful contract. |

I definitely would like Lohse back. All he has to do is not suck horribly and he would be a huge upgrade. Obviously I want Rivera, Schilling, Willis, and ARod, but none will be worth their contract (maybe Rivera). I dont know why but I really want Mike Lowell, even though it wont happen.
