In other words player behing Khan is going to be playing uber-tight in this situation. Try to get it heads up when you have a good chance to be the favorite. If Khan calls he could be playing 33 after the flop and he doesn't know where's he's at if Rahme calls. Doesn't have implied odds to flop a set either. Pretty standard play IMO.
