I see durron still can't read me - wtf voting for me before I've even made a single post today!???

The riddle:

I got caught up playing with it yesterday - the riddle is HEAVILY slanted to be advantageous for the Borg (LDO) also they can woprk on it with 4 heads 24/7 pretty much and we can't.

It HAS to be a message from Q telling the Borg to Kill IY.

there's no other way to make any sense of last night at all.

We can't nail Jack but we can still communicate with him as his vote will be revealed at nightfall (I think)

JACK IF YOU ARE VILLAGE AND HAVE PEEKED A BORG VOTE FOR HIM TONIGHT.

IF YOU ONLY HAVE ANOTHER VILLAGER VOTE FOR YOURSELF.

Obviously if Jack is evil he is still here tomorrow and we can just lynch him then and ignore his vote tonight.

I'm also not buying dmk's "mot" claim and think he ought to probably be executed tonight - IY *must* have a good reason for wanting him dead.

Jack is village
Matrix is village

Durron and Neil voting matrix both.
Neil throwing Jack into the mix.

Durron might not be Q, but both are definitely evil.

As far as I know there's no urgent reason for Q to communicate that message to the Borg. So there's a good chance it's a red herring.

[/ QUOTE ]
If it said something off the wall like Matrix is a borg I would agree 100% but this just fits too well to be a coincidence here. Do you honestly think that all the connections I pointed out earlier are just coincidental?

[/ QUOTE ]No, no I don't think it's coincidental necessarily. I think it's possible FCBL was just having fun and trying to solve the puzzle, but yeah, the whole time he was posting about it I was getting a creepy feeling.

And your solution to the anagram is the best yet, by far.

I just hate, hate, hate to obey Q's puppet strings though.

[Matrix], we don't know the evils went all out to kill Picard.

[/ QUOTE ]

Hello - Picard is DEAD - and we have a claimed SEER who is STILL ALIVE.

Picard was NOT Locutus so Neils elaborate plan to "force Picard to be pro village" yesterday was somewhat pointless - he was pro villa anyway.

Look the bottom line is no one ever believes me when I figure this [censored] out. It took like 3 days in ST2 to actually lynch Zurvan and even then it barely happened. It took Luckay faking seer to lynch Magra in Star Wars. Books wound up winning LOTR:TTT. Everyone always thinks I am crazy when I figure things out that seem counterintuitive then it turns out I am right. Would you guys please trust me for once? I don't make these kind of arguments as a wolf because they are just too hard to fake.

TRY WAITING IF I, FCBL, AVOID BEV

How does DMK, Durron, or I being Q explain this?

OMFG

[/ QUOTE ]

Someone, person unknown for now, for reasons unknown posted the riddle. It would be nice to figure out WHO could have done it. That will help us a great deal with the WHY.

Now, we have 3 things to consider: Motive, Opportunity and Means.

MOTIVE- Q is doing this either to screw up the village, or to help the borg. I believe we can take this as gospel.

OPPORTUNITY- Anyone in the game had the opportunity to post the riddle

MEANS- Who has the skill to develop the riddle?? I am using this to try to narrow the field. It was not done by someone like Skoob (sorry Skoob). It has to be someone with this kind of mindset. OR it was given to Q by a borg with this kind of mindset.

Durron, Herbie, DMK are the 3 most likely in my book. I would have put Matrix in the group, but he spent a lot of time and effort trying to solve it with me.

I DID NOT AND COULD NOT create the puzzle. There is no way I could possibly fake the frustration I felt and still feel trying to solve it. Whether that comes across the board as "tone", I don't know.

I very much want to know the real answer to the riddle, regardless of its value to the game, or to whether it implicates me.

Neil, your definition of "FUN" is much different than mine I guess. If it seems creepy, then that is just my personality and/or mental condition that makes it that way.

Jack, don't do that, do this instead.

Vote for the person who you peeked. If your peek failed, don't vote for anyone.

Then, vote Excute if that person was borg.
or Release of that peek was villager.
