Wow! I had no idea xorbie was x-volta. Good to know Guy is tough, fwiw.

On a different note, once you get up the stakes, game selection becomes just as much a required skill as hand reading, so him sitting in that game is probably not a super-clever move.

they had been playing 3 handed if i read his thread correctly and the other guy had busted the previous hand so i doubt(?) he planned on playing luc hu 400bb deep for very long if the other guy wasn't reloading

also- as far as i know GaryStevenson and I are the only ones who actually enjoy playing live? Vanessa also and maybe Leon seemed to enjoy it. Interested to see if anyone else likes playing live.

[/ QUOTE ]

I started playing way more live since the legislation, now getting really good at it and so enjoying it tremendously these days I've mentioned this in the HSNL [censored] thread, and I'll do it here too: I'm at Commerce almost every Wed + Fri, usually play between 3pm - midnight, so if anyone is there for the LAPC it would be cool to meet some of you guys.

LOL This would be true if the "other guy" wasn't also one of the best players at those limits. Having played with all 3 of them, I can't think of a single MSNL poster that would have a significant enough edge in that game to make it worth playing, and I'm definitely including myself in that category.

isn't Stork like a 5/10 player? I can't see him being a winner at 25/50 in the long run, unless he has significantly improved in the past couple months. not saying hes a donk, but I don't think hes on the same level w/ Stinger. agree that sitting 3 handed there is not going to be +ev for most <25/50 players
