I would advise against using this software. I stopped using the software three months ago, disabled the auto-renewal, and they refuse to stop charging me. I just got charged for the third consecutive month and I have now sent 3 emails to them about this and none of them have been responded to.

[/ QUOTE ]

We respond to all support emails. We have also issued refunds for all requested. Who did you send the email to?

Is there a way to add/subtract points based on how much money they have won?

A lot of the time a lag will be given a score of -6 but he's also down $$$$$$.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, you can do that. Using the rule-based scoring and the script based scoring. There's a field called "StackBB" that tells you how big their stack is, and you can modify their fish score accordingly.

Our system shows that Party has 1200 tables loaded into SS right now.

Yes, we are working on it, hope to have a fix soon. It does work OK on some XP systems, but not on Vista systems. We'll post an updated exe soon.

Also, make sure you are using the latest version of Sixth Sense. Go to http://www.sixthsensepoker.com and download the latest setup file and install it to make sure. The latest version points to our new server.

I've sent emails to both "support" and "sales." None have been responded to. I sent another today. We'll see if they are responded to. I have not been refunded any money over the past 3 months.
