The Suns will always be in the game for a couple reasons:

1. Steve Nash
2. Spurs can't shoot free throws.

I think the Spurs are small favorites though.

That's not what it says, and I didn't do it, I got lucky while reading his page. I don't dislike him.

Also, I look forward to this thread degenerating into really gay overanalysis of the three regular season games the Suns and Spurs played against each other.

[/ QUOTE ]

The Spurs have had the Suns' number for 3 years now, not just the last 3 regular season games. They control the tempo and they control Nash. At this point, the burden of proof is on Phoenix.

God, I'm so pumped up/anxious/nervous for this Mavs game tonight. I keep looking at the clock and saying things like "only 3.5 hours until game time". I'm trying to think if there was a football or basketball game I've anticipated like this recently, and honestly, I don't think I've felt like this since the Finals last year.

Dirk has to come up huge tonight. In my heart, I still feel like he'll carry the Mavs to victory, but if he doesn't score at least 30-35, they're almost definitely going home.

dude, try being at work and thinking, "okay, the game starts in 4 hours. that means i can leave work in an hour, drive to BART, take it to the arena and be there an hour early to celebrate".

EFFFF 4 hours til gametime. also, non last row tickets this time!

yesterday i was having a bad day and went to bed with no confidence wrt us winning. now, i am just getting suuuuper pumped up. this game is the biggest bay area sporting event in many many years. probably the biggest basketball event in my lifetime.
