Re: The Revolution - Game Thread
[ QUOTE ]
Nich being a weak villain actually means that books, if wolf, is on average less powerful than if nich _HAD_ been VP, meaning it's less damaging to leave him alive [/ QUOTE ] um, what? It means, imo, that books, if wolf, is the Vice President. |

Re: The Revolution - Game Thread
Books' reveal yesterday was a far from convincing 'proof' given his Day1 but:
1) that could be village desperation on Day1 and substandard proof, 2) the wolves could have engineered a more convincing scenario, i think, to 'prove' books' goodness so in a way i think it's lean-village unconvincing, if you see what i mean. |

[/ QUOTE ] sorry, assume ftm books is evil scenario A: Nich is VP, => Books' role is stronger than nich's, or they wouldn't throw Nich under the bus => Books is probably the president. scenario B: what actually happened. => books' role > nich's not-so-hot role => books is medium power, or better, as you say, he could be VP, as well as president, or something else. |

Re: The Revolution - Game Thread
I'm willing to cut books a break today, because we have a general kill, a revolutionary kill, and no president kill, which means that there is a chance that the evils tried for him and missed.

[ QUOTE ] VR, he must've been told he was the body double. In that case, it's his job to protect the VP. [/ QUOTE ] I know. That's kind of what I was pointing out. The point is, we don't really know any more about books's role than we did yesterday, because he could be the VP and then the lynch would just roll off of him. [/ QUOTE ] I like this a lot. i think nich didn't fight for himself, which he usually does quite frantically, knowing that with him and books as the leading wagons, he was dead no matter what and it would, hopefully, make books look like he has this macguyver power. i think he was dutifully trying to protect vp books. |

Re: The Revolution - Game Thread
my intial view would be to leave books for now; if he's a villia, the wolves can worry about whether to night kill him, or leave him to do his ninja [censored], and if not, we'll be in a better place to judge his claim, and actions in a day or two.
