The NL West was statistically the hardest division in baseball

The Rockies had an AEQR of 856 in a division where the other 4 teams had an AEQRA of 692, 682, 715, and 739. In general, our division had the lowest AEQRA and yet the Rockies scored 860 runs

The AL East AEQRA consists of the Yankees (822) Blue Jays (688) Devil Rays (928) and Orioles (827)

We had a winning record in a division that was statistically much better than the AL East

100 wins, looking at things may be a stretch actually, as Boston had a 903 and 677 AEQR and AEQRA, as compared to our 856 and 757

I do think we probably gram 95 though

I think the AL only focuses on the fact that the Sox/Yankees have to paly each other so much and forget about the D-Rays and Orioles who may have been the worst two teams in the majors this year

I just can't wait until the seires is over and one of two things happen:

1) The Red Sox win as they are supposed to as the way better team

or

2) The Rockies win because of the variance in baseball

I was just gonna make this post. Even if the Rockies somehow swept it'd be "How dumb baseball is rigged, variance how lucky you guys are sox rule!"

And you went 20-20 against the worst division in the MLB. So what?

It's a 162 game season. It's nice that you went 43-30 against a tough division, but if you go 37-35 against the rest of the NL, you can't just use the numbers you want and magically the Rockies are a better team than they are.
