4betting this preflop shows a complete misunderstanding of the game, call the 3bet and fold this flop.

EDIT: Obviously dont fold once you are 4bet only fold the flop if he pots it.

Like I said, this hand was disgusting spew and I wasn't thinking right at all when I played it. Normally I do call/fold flop, but... I don't know.

I tried to convince villian to reload under the premise that I'm horrible but he didn't. I'm kind of sad, he was one of those "stack off with AA" type players (which makes this hand even worse, hahaha).

EDIT: I've played PLO Hi HU Cash for 2 days, and am up about 3 buyins, but by far my biggest leak is that about once a session I'll be playing well and all of a sudden I'll pull something like that KQJT hand where I totally misplay something and lose a stack to the nuts. (most recent example: stacking off with 88 on a AAQ8 board) I'd be up at least 2 more buyins if I didn't do this. What's the best way to fight that urge to get it in really bad like that when you know beyond a shadow of a doubt your hand is no good?
