IOWA FARMLAND PRICE SURVEY from the IOWA REALTORS ASSOCIATION


The increases in Iowa farmland prices over the first SIX MONTHS of 2007 for different crop reporting districts are in and the statistics are below:

>13.1 percent for Central Iowa;

>12.1 percent for East Central Iowa;

>20 percent for North Central Iowa;

>18 percent for Northeast Iowa;

>12.1 percent for Northwest Iowa;

>4.9 percent for South Central Iowa;

>16.2 percent for Southeast Iowa;

>15.4 percent for Southwest Iowa; and

>10.5 percent for West Central Iowa.
