You are right actually. About an hour ago I posted this in my comments thread:

"Good times here. I wrote the blog at first from what I had heard and seen firsthand... the night there, talking with Steve Monday on the same table, and through other various avenues. After that point I found Terrence's blog and the 2+2 thread and posted the blog links accordingly.

This really is a sucky situation and I want to remain completely neutral, but I will do my best to give my opinion and the facts as I see/find them."

I had heard from several sources that he was taking aim at everything including the charity and wanted to make a public post as quickly as possible to do whatever I could to avoid the damaging of any reputations.

This issue has quickly gained plenty of legs on it's own and I really want to absolve myself of the "good times".

I will be posting this on my pokerpages blog as well soon.

"I'm refunding your money because you didn't sign anything, there's no evidence that you won anything, and don't even try to claim your prizes because they've been donated to charity."

So is Terrence getting screwed out of his golf package too now?? Or is Annie Duke's 'restitution' that she will personally buy him a WSOP seat? And sincere email, my ass... she's just worried about her reputation going down the tubes (even more). And just to agree with so many other posters, I met her in Aruba last year and she was totally unfriendly, arrogant and two-faced, even when she was in the middle of a supposed autograph-signing/ meet n greet at one of the parties. She should take some lessons in class from Jen Harman, who is super-nice and friendly, even to 'nobodies' like me.

Cat,

I think you are confusing Annie Duke with Joy Miller.

I thought she sounded familiar.

From BJ Nemeth's Poker Blog

JOY MILLER, CAMERA NAZI
By the time I made it into the Amazon Room to watch the final two tables of the Tournament of Champions, Joy Miller was the Image Masters photographer on duty. And she was working harder than the security guards keeping spectators outside the ropes during the players' 15-minute break.

Joy was also the first one to respond if fans were using flashes or otherwise violating the photography rules. When play resumed after the break, the announcer gave a general reminder of the camera rules, and then said, "If you don't follow the rules, the 'Camera Nazi' will be coming after you." And Joy proudly stood up to accept the title.

I wasn't, but my post was maybe unclear tho. The quote is from joyless Joy, but the ref to the email and everything else is re Annie. I was wondering if JM is now saying Terrence can't even have his golf prize... then seperately wondering whether Annie's mention of 'restitution' means she will buy him a seat out of her own pocket. Anyhoo, these 2 sound like they should be best-bud-biatches.

How has Annie's super-sweet tattoo not been mentioned yet?
