What I wonder here is why Rick can't just say, "I played grim HU for my roll in the hotel room and busted him, now he is trying to back out and say I stole the money."

[/ QUOTE ]

That would be really sick and I wonder this too. If there's a bunch of money lying around a shared room, how do you determine who it belongs to, esp if both are poker players?

[/ QUOTE ]

Haha, sweet name -

I would definitely attest that the money was Grimm's. He was sitting 35k deep at 25/50. Meanwhile, Rick was playing 5/10. There's no way that Rick had that kind of money on him - and no way they played HU for it. I think that could proven, albeit perhaps only circumstantially.

everyone saying "omg go to the police!" how do you think grim has any way of proving that the money is his and not ricks? it is grimms word vs ricks, and grim's word sucks.

What ever you do, dont listen to these 18 year olds who have seen Casino or Rez Dogs too many times and ACTUALLY have him killed.

You think trusting someone for 100k is bad, trusting someone with you getting life in prison is bigger.

Huh? What are you talking about - numerous people have played with Grimstarr over the past few weeks in several casinos, as well as people from 2p2 meeting them - there's no doubt in my mind that the money is Grim's.

Tell that to juror #4, a single mother from LA. Will she believe you?

Either way, casinos have video and that should be enough to prove it, I think.
