salary negotiation

I have a 2nd round interview at a large i-bank soon, and they said I'd be interviewing with a MD (managing director), and with HR. the MD thing I'm comfortable with, but what is the interview w/HR going to be like? will it be about salary or other stuff or both?

also, I am fairly uncomfortable saying "my current salary is confidential per my employment contract to them" I think it sounds really weird, but maybe is standard. is there anything else I could say, or is HR not going to think it's weird for me to say something like this?
