Re: Flameout in life and in Poker (VERY LONG)
Oy Vey!
Here's the rest of the story: Godot went on to finish dead-last in the WSOP, realized he sucked monkey balls, and jumped off the Empire State building. He miraculously survived and spent the remainder of his days making useless teaser posts on Internet Message Boards. Thread closed |

Re: Flameout in life and in Poker (VERY LONG)
Here's how the play ends:
VLADIMIR: We can still part, if you think it would be better. ESTRAGON: It's not worthwhile now. Silence. VLADIMIR: No, it's not worthwhile now. Silence. ESTRAGON: Well, shall we go? VLADIMIR: Yes, let's go. They do not move. Curtain. |

Re: Flameout in life and in Poker (VERY LONG)
Wow, thanks for bumping such an entertaining thread. I just read it for the first time and count me in on the waiting.
Fact or fiction Godot is an awesome poster. Hopefully he didn't jump off a building by now... |

Re: Flameout in life and in Poker (VERY LONG)
In Diablo's defense, at least the OP welcomed any and all snide remarks.
Maybe it's right to piss on a guy who's down to keep that kind of useless nonsense from cluttering the forum. Then again, when an indiviual goes to such desperate and pathetic lengths to get some kind of therapuetic message out, I find it weak to slam him and don't understand the need to do so. One look at the scope of the post is all you need to realize the shortcomings in the OP and the detrimental reasoning behind it. It's just too easy and feel there's nothing good at all about it. If it's foolish, why beat the guy when he's down? Not everyone is so perfect. Maybe I'm wrong. Wouldn't be the first time. |

Re: Flameout in life and in Poker (VERY LONG)
In fact the most pokerplayers are like thiefs or drugdealers. We want make money without real work. I have gambled myself alot any game, but i am lucky that i never played "extreme". I know you will not have the " kick " with small stake gambling....guess the best way is look for help........live is more than gambling
