If he sends to him on neteller, his neteller account gets flagged for dealing with a scammer's dirty account

I did and they froze my account to investigate, once that was resolved I agreed to send the money to him on a site that wont disrupt my ability to play(one i dont play on) because this is his money whether he stole it from someone else or not, not mine.
