This chase happened about 10 miles away from my original home (parents house) in SE Houston. He was driving a good section on the beltway tollway. Hence why there was not much traffic on the road. He was driving right during rush hour so I was surprised he didn't hit any major pockets of backup cars.

saw the highlights on khou.com. this guy is really good. if only he'd got some GTA going on just after hitting the red truck we' dhave had another hr
