for what its worth, the tigers have been mostly beating bad teams. they have a huge homestand coming up in a few weeks though. cle, nyy, bos. if they are still playing well then, that could be a true test to see if they might actually be able to make a run. What the hell is going on with my Detroit sports! I leave the country and the entire world flips. Wings out in the first round? Pistons in threat of being eliminated by the cavs? Now the Tigers have the best record in baseball? You know what this means baby! Lions Super Bowl Bound!!!!

Pistons were 0-3 and Tigers were 6-0. He didn't think I was serious when I told him.
