Yeh, lets think of theories to soften up the muck. If it would have been another player I'm not sure you would react the same.

The reason why there has been so much talk about the Jman and Woods earlymucks is because they both showed attitude before.

James Woods was bragging about his supposedly high IQ, and Jman was whining in his trip report about how he didn't got the chance to prove himself and was replaced unfairly. If Jman would have said something like "hey guys I kinda messed up" maybe there would have been bit less hating. Maybe...

That is bogus. Even an absolute green newbie who is playing for the first time would not make that mistake.

[/ QUOTE ]

This would be a sign that you're an idiot.

Last week I agreed with some of your points but come on, Jman looked uncomfortable AGAIN and thats 3 weeks out of 3.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah that might mean something if all 3 weeks didn't come from the same 4 or so hours of play.

The only explanation I can see for Hellmuth and his insurance deals is that he desperately wanted to finish his HSP session up. An odd thousand here and there in insurance juice wasn't that important to him, what mattered was the big score that he could brag about. However, that doesn't explain why he does this [censored] all the time, even out of view of the cameras.

he misread a showdown? oh no get the firing squad. its hardly major from a 15BB pot... (it was to 4500 and 5 way right? dont remember exactly)

i dont get it. i believe he played correctly given the table conditions and what the producers told him. i dont know why you want him to raise 92o every other hand to get anyones respect. part of a good player is adjusting to the table...

No [censored] doubt. The whole back and forth between the Jman fans and the Jman haters ruin every god damn HSP thread. Enough already.

Replaced unfairly? He must think playing like a nervous nit and not saying a word is great TV entertainment.

I wish we could see more people who actually know how to play poker and are also talkative and entertaining. I don't think there was a single one of them (who had all those qualities) at this table.
