Because the idea of a good MSPaint having its ass handed to it by an absolute killer one while a mediocre MSPaint gets in because his opponent was also mediocre and the scoring was close is nicht gut, IMO.

Also, I really like that there's money at stake and we're making up the rules as we go along (serious post, not being an ass). Makes it more fun.
