this is a hell of a coincidence, the 35k must have had close to a 10k overlay, the omaha had a 1k overlay, and coincidentally the T&C say that overlays aren't paid out.

[/ QUOTE ]

They have to make more then 11k on rake alone in the 1/2 hour its been down.. dont ya think?...

[/ QUOTE ]

I doubt they earn 22,000/hour.. thats $528k a day or 3.7m a week. Maybe they gross 11k, but i should think its close.

Anyways, was being slightly pedantic to pass the time... and a bit irked about the omaha $1k overlay being removed, whole prizepool was only $4k!!

I don't believe that is correct. If you busted early, you won't get any money back. If the tourny had not reached the money, the players remaining will get their buy in back and the buy ins of the players eliminated will be distributed among the remaining players based on chip counts.

this is the e-mail i recieved from full tilt:
Thank you for your email. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our game servers are temporarily down pending emergency maintenance. If
you were seated at a table, the following will occur:

- If you were "in the money" in a tournament (or S&G), then the
tournament will be paid out according to your chip position at the time
of the disconnect. If you were the chip leader in the tournament at the
time of the disconnect, you will win first place and be credited with
the money.

- If you were not "in the money", everyone in the tournament (including
those who busted early) will be refunded the full buyin for the event.

- If you were involved in a cash game hand, the hand will be rolled
back, returning all money to those involved (including anyone who may
have folded).

We certainly do apologize for the inconvenience, and are working on
ways
to improve our network service to be more redundant, secure and stable.
We appreciate your patience and patronage at Full Tilt Poker.

Of course, this "standard" response doesn't touch upon the issue of overlays, since we had just made the money in my PLO 4K guaranteed event.
