hey, anyone know any good choices for an FR coach? i just want to be able to hold my own at like 3/6-5/10 FR because for some reason when 5+ people are at an FR table with me i start spewing uncontrollably and have to leave, and i figure if i want to move up i'll have to get competent at FR

just someone cheap and nitty or something so i can figure out the basics

[/ QUOTE ]

I'll coach you:

1: Get a pocket pair
2: Flop a set
3: Profit

Seriously though, everyone at FR is super nitty, they dont bluff, and their range in any situation where they raise postflop is at least 75% sets.

[/ QUOTE ]

don't forget about knowing when to fold KK in 3 bet pots on safe low flops

[/ QUOTE ]

LOL fish, ur supposed to fold it preflop then make a post in the FR forum...then wait to be told how good u play.

[/ QUOTE ]

FR forum is so gay.

Reading their monthly graphs thread and seeing all the graphs from NL10 (for like 50k hands) makes me laugh uncontrollably.

goals: 20k hands, +10k at mostly 2/4 and 3/6 with some 5/10

I have to force myself not to play when I get home from a 12-hr day at work, because it's affecting my game. Even if it means only 3k hands this month, I'm resolving to play only when I am in the zone and awake enough to play my A-game.

Gildwulf, I feel 100% exactly the same. Post work forced poker time is not +ev. Unless I start pumping some oxygen and get waitress service at home to resemble a casino.
