143030 2007-01-22 23:33:51 WireTransfer pending 2,000.00
143032 2007-01-22 23:35:38 Cheque pending 2,000.00

This is money I've been trying to withdraw since November of 2006, but as a US citizen had to cancel pending NETeller withdrawals last month.

Support has not responded to my latest e-mail plea for help which was made 10 days ago.

Its not huge, but:

2006-11-24 18:31:49 NETeller pending 369.97

And bad news for all those people trying to PAB:

PAB CLOSED

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The PAB section is closed for any further complaints concerning Pokespoker. There are far too many complaints for this Futurebet site. Sorry, but those who chose to play there should have done their homework instead of taking a chance with a poker room backed by this software provider.

So anyone else who had their hopes up with a PAB, don't bother.

Hello all, I just put my request in at google groups and then will post there as well. My initial cash out was pending way before most of the "rush" hit so clearly it's some completely random order of how they're paying out.

125721 2006-09-28 00:40:00 NETeller cancelled 3,960.30
128905 2006-10-14 22:51:30 NETeller cancelled 75.00
143142 2007-01-24 00:38:05 Cheque pending 4,060.30

The 9/28 and 10/14 were canceled on 1/24 and requested by check due to the neteller ordeal. $4.060.30 is the total owed and I quit receiving email responses about 5 months or so ago and am willing to do whatever necessary to get my money with you guys. My pokes username is/was QueenBee.

I also pab'ed back in late dec or early jan and never got a reply from the meister nor did he post it on his list of pab's

143086 2007-01-23 10:39:09 NETeller pending 2,000.00
143087 2007-01-23 10:39:43 NETeller pending 2,000.00
143088 2007-01-23 10:40:15 NETeller pending 2,000.00
143089 2007-01-23 10:40:51 NETeller pending 2,000.00
143090 2007-01-23 10:41:30 NETeller cancelled 1,000.00
143091 2007-01-23 10:42:11 NETeller cancelled 1,010.91

Total Approx: USD $10,000

Well even though im not from pokespoker (xtremebluff here), i believe its all under the same 'fantastic' payment centre. Definitely willing to chip in for any lawsuit you guys gonna plan.

P.S. I cancelled my October withdrawals in January cos i thought cheque would be better, oh im so wrong.

Just got this email:

To all Pokes Poker Players,

BettingChamps.com is pleased to announce a deal with the PokesPlayer’s Group. On Tuesday April 17th Bettingchamps.com will be launching on a new poker network. In a special deal with PokesPlayer’s Group we will be offering a total package worth 40 % in rake back. Plus an additional 5% will be set aside for a special fund to be used by a representative of the PokesPlayer’s Group. This fund will help fund necessary actions to pursue monies owed (over $1.1 Million) to a large group of Pokes Players by PokesPoker.com and/or Futurebet. Though the initial soft launch will not have as large a player base as some of the well established networks, each and every player’s participation in the launch will be helping to ensure our success which should benefit everyone. We are asking each and every player just tried it out in the first few days. Give us some feed back and have some fun and keep coming back. We are hoping to make this site a new sop on your online Poker Tour. This will not replace other Poker networks but at a time when many have pulled out of the US market it is always a welcome change when a new Poker network is coming back in. In the next few days we will be adding more players and higher limits. Give us a few weeks to iron out the fine details and we will be sure to reward you for your contribution.

We have developed an industry best refer-a friend program. By referring your friend(s), we reward you! For each friend you refer you will receive 50 % of the rake points your friend(s) generate. These points can be used to convert Bonus Dollars to cash or can be used to enter buy-in tournaments at any time such as multi-table or SIT-N-GO scheduled and qualifier tournaments. So once you sign up, be the first to refer your friends and earn points forever. Points are awarded at a rate equivalent to a 15 % of rake. Imagine referring 10 friends or more. You may never have to pay for another tournament or Sit n Go. Imagine qualifying for a WPT event without even risking $1. Keep in mind that every time you refer someone you earn points for life. The merchandise store will open in a few weeks with awesome products.

Betting Champs has had a stellar reputation in the poker industry. It was part of the Ongame Poker Network prior to Ongame’s departure from the US market. BettingChamps.com has been the only company to pay players on time every time. BettingChamps.com also took the unprecedented step of fully refunding all of its players withdrawals stuck at Neteller. All players who made a withdrawal from Betting Champs up to 30 days prior to January 16th the date all funds were frozen) are eligible for a complete refund of their withdrawal less any monies paid out by Neteller during the same period up to a max of $2500 per player. Betting Champs has always strived to excel in customer support. With the launch on our new network we will continue to provide the support our customers have grown accustomed to.

Thank you
