To be fair, Peter has amnesia and can't be expected to fully comprehend the extent of his powers.

Eh, if he knows he can push objects with his mind, he should be able to realize he can pull.

Dude, I can't believe any normal human on the face of the earth would have the balls to order him around after he shoots lighting from his hands. It would have been more plausible if he went for sympathy from Peter to help him out of a rough situation he was in.

Pretty much every superhero comic ever fails if people behaved as you actually would expect in the precense of somebody with [censored] powers. Basically it would just be a show about people [censored] themselves. That's not fun.

That makes sense, but the whole scene was pretty weak. He could have gotten control in a different way.

I think the most aggravating thing about this last episode was the guy threatening to put Peter's box in the fire.

the thing that's sticking with me about this episode is that i thought the guatemalan maya was pretty hot, and then that black [censored] came out of her eyes, and that pretty much eliminated her hotness for me.

[/ QUOTE ]

No way, that made her hotter.

I thought the point of that scene was to show that Peter is much more dangerous without the weight of his past and connections limiting his abilities. He tried so hard to harness these powers last year, but now, even though he isn't really aware of what he can do, he seemed to have mastery of them.

[/ QUOTE ]

Mastered? He hasn't mastered anything. It was all subconsious/instinct.

I was sorta sad that the "fight scene" was probably better than all the "fight scenes" in the first season of Heroes put together, .

Seriously, if they could simply choreograph decent fight scenes no one would ever have complained about the end of the 1st season, and everyone could overlook the fact that the 2nd season is sorta sucking.

so he can easily make a gun fly out of a guy's hand but not a box?

bottom line is that he could've gotten that box anytime he wanted but that wouldn't be good for the next plot point
