Of course it's not expensive over there but I think most posters on here would be unpleasantly surprised by the quality of life in Phnom Penh. There are nicer places to buy inexpensive property in southeast Asia than Cambodia. |

Las Vegas had amazing value a few years ago, but you can still do pretty well for half a mil today.
The naked woman statue adds a ton of value to the home, too of course: The house I live in currently is almost exactly $500K (sorry no pics handy.) 4BDR 3.5 bath 2400 sqft on a quarter acre lot. No pool yet, but I'm going to take Inyaface's suggestion and put in a lazy river before the end of next year. Irieguy |
