Too problematic. There are max contracts, and no hard cap.

The salary slotting works pretty well, it's just a matter of ensuring that there aren't too many blue chip assets created right off the bat. I think we've got it worked out and still within spitting distance of the cap so that things can progress relatively naturally. It didn't work out poorly last time, it just wasn't optimal because we didn't know at the time where most teams would end up falling in relation to the cap once the league settled in. I think we've got a good plan.
