Stuey,

A bit of constructive criticism on avatars like this. It was many years back when I was making animated gifs, when I was a UNIX guru, using a command line tool I think was called gifanim or some such. One of the switches was a "bounce" switch, which would bounce the gif between the end frames rather than looping it. I really think a bounce would improve the aesthetics of certain animated gifs, particularly those that involve bouncing/jiggling/swaying T&A.

So, try a bounce effect (even if you have to do it by hand by copying the frames and reversing them), and I think you'll be very pleased.

As always, awesome work.

Is anyone here a UFC fan? I want to make a new avatar of Renato Sobral making the belt gesture in ufc: 57 but can't find any free footage of it.

You are right but I avoid doing it unless the avatar is under 100KB. By adding the extra frames to reverse the action to the start for a seamless loop it doubles the size of the avatar. That is why I am experimenting with the fading frame at the end to try and smooth out the loop and keep the file size down. I went over my self impossed limit of 100KB with stacey but she was worth it. Not worth 250KB though.

I used imagmajik for awhile, it is a command line image editing tool (freeware also). They are handy and for some jobs where you want to convert a large number of files all at once they are better than the new software.

Can anyone make this 100x100 .gif 80x80 so I can use it?

[/ QUOTE ]

I made it 80x80 and decreased the file size some, but it is still bigger than 100k, so maybe Stuey can take it and decrease it a little more.

I think I would ruin it if I tried to trim it more this is perfect the way you have it. If I ever get all the super large avatars >500kb optimized I will worry about getting the rest under 100kb at that point. Nice border Duke!

Wow, I know PITTM's avatar is great, but I just found this gif of Christina:

NSFW

Looks like it is a huge file though, so it would probably need some work before being avatarized.

[/ QUOTE ]

i duno nsfw?

nsfw?

[/ QUOTE ]

That's beautiful Stuey, I'm taking it for a while, but if PITTM wants it, I'll give it up. Or if someone complains about the NSFWishness of it.

I would love to see the old Tiger Woods Nike commercial be put into an avatar. Any portion of it would be awesome.
