That's not cheesing at all IMO. When you have the ball you can take as much time as you want.

[/ QUOTE ]

It may have gotten better but it used to be the epitome of cheese. It stems from the fact that the defense fatigues faster than the offense in Madden.

I guess I'll have to try holding the no huddle button because whenever I do it to take advantage of some moron running engage 8 when I have 4 wide I get a false start.

My daughter keeps owning me. I have the Wii and it seems about every 3rd play my QB immediately throws a quick out right after the snap. I didn't audible or do anything (that I know of). Of course the pas is picked off and returned for a TD. Am I waving the nunchuk or Wii remote in the wrong way to call this play?

biggest piss off for me is the controller layout. For 07 I used the 05 layout option which is no longer avaliable.
will take forever to get used to the new one

You must be accidently dropping the wiimote down after the hike. It's pull back to hike, and shoot forward to throw and some people accidently do both on the hike which is what's happening.

That is probably it. Thanks. I'll just make a effort to keep my arm back after I snap the ball.

Kick offs are basically useless on this game...

[/ QUOTE ]

How so? I run it back with Hester I'd say 20% of the time and the rest are at least to the 30.

[/ QUOTE ]

When you can actually return the kick, it's great. But with me and my twin playing we've kicked it out of bounds probably 90% of the time. You never get to return it, the ball always goes out of bounds.

Oh yeah if you're having trouble with the fumbles quit flicking the highlight stick everytime you have the ball LDO.

I got it for the Wii, and kicking acc is hard at first. I've never kicked out of bounds though. Kicking for power on the Wii is a joke, dropping 55 FGs easy.
