49 points for Tom Brady are you [censored] kidding me god damn that's sick [censored]
I'm up 82-67 (49 of those thanks to Mr. Brady) by my calculations
- Up by 15
- I got one WR left (projection: 4)
- I got my TE left (projection: 4)
- You got two RBs (projection: 8+2) + DEF (projection: 6) left

-> I lose 8 by projection...hold, one time

You win by 7 using the projected stats and if your calculations are correct. But offhand I think that Brady had much less than 49... 5 TDs x 6 + ~400 YDS / 50 is less than 40

Here's to another 12 sack game from my Giants... both of Atlanta's starting offensive tackles are out so it could happen.

Heh, I assumed 20 passing yards = 1 point while it's 50 = 1 point
So it's only 37 for Brady (and only 1 for Rivers) so it's 78-55.

Up 23 is a lot better, this should be a W (by 15 if prediction holds) for me

p.s.: I wish I had started Eli almost every week, next week I'll have to

I think you are up 80.95 to 59.86, judging from my spreadsheet.

That 21.09 difference will depend heavily on whether or not Jenkins or Crumpler gets a TD.

I basically have the entire Giants ground game and as a Giants fan knowing their talent, that's a guaranteed 1 TD and 100 yards against the 21st best rushing defense. (conservative estimate, could be higher if NY takes an early lead) = 11 point edge for me, cutting the lead to 10 points.

I think the odds of my running game getting their 2nd TD and your two receivers getting their 1st TD are about a wash (they're averaging about half a TD per game, and they've played worse pass defenses than the Giants'). And as I said the Giants can pound it on the ground. The combined yardage of your receivers would probably be in the 100 to 120 range equalling 5 or 6 points, your lead is around 15.5.

Now is it possible for the Giants defense to get 16+ points for me? That is a huge thing to ask of a defense; last week's game against the Jets, where the defense manhandled them and produced a TD and several takeaways, but the Giants D only managed 14 fantasy points. This was partly because the Giants gave up a kickoff and fumble return TD each, adding to the point total.

It seems I pretty much need my defense to score a touchdown for me as well as have the Giants run game exceed projections. As a huge Giants homer, I fully expect this to happen.
