so uh, i just tried withdrawing 100 from stars to neteller to see what would happen, and stars accepted it...now i'm just waiting to see if/when it'll arrive in my neteller account.

I have $7500 in an EFT from Neteller to my Bank that is "Pending". I made this EFT withdrawl from Neteller on Jan 15th and I called them today (Jan 23rd) and they said that it will be processed soon. They didn't sound to reassuring though.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Stars could easily set up an account for Eva Whoever just like Western Union, but Neteller would harldy be able to claim ignorance of the 6 billion dollars in peer to peer transfers... so even though it kind of seems like they were making a point to plant a loophole seed, I don't really understand why they would. I guess they could keep changing the name on the account...
