Ama, locking that thread is unjustified IMO.

[/ QUOTE ]

The objective of this forum is to further our knowledge of poker, not to run circular arguments which have no answers and achieve nothing. The thread had run its course and was rapidly deteriorating into a donkfest. It stays locked.

MR WOOSTER, any chance I can sweat you for a session or 2 or would you just wanna chat sometime? Curious to know if you'd be willing to have a small race to like maybe 15 buyins profit at whatever limits we're playing .

[/ QUOTE ]

HBomb - thanks for the offer, very kind of you, would be great to do a sweat session and the 15BI race sounds good.... unfortunately I am not going to play poker this week, in fact I am not going to have much time for the rest of the month as I have friends arriving tomorrow for a week, and then I am going back to uni.

However - once I am back at uni - I intend to play a LOT of poker and would be great if you could sweat me...

My AIM is mrwooster08 look me up for a chat

Sorry not to be able to take you up on your offer - though if its still there at the start of October - 'Bring it on'

Giggle, your posts were exactly of the tone that required locking the thread. I quit reading it until I saw this here.

Ama, respect. Your post at the end summarized the arguments well enough, and the thoughts of the people who ruined the thread perfectly. There was some good hand reading analysis around 2/3 of the way through.

Do you have a link to the original thread by any chance? I found his NL50 video, didn't know he had a NL25 as well.

[/ QUOTE ]

All the vids are here: Video Links

IStrong's 25NL Vid Thread is here: IStrong 25NL

[/ QUOTE ]

Unless I am missing something, I didn't see Gelford's NL25 video when I originally compiled that page.

[/ QUOTE ]

There only exist one Gelford Video, that is the 50NL one

I haven't read the thread except for Ama's summary and the last 4-5 replies, but planning to fold nutflushes in fear of straightflushes when you reach SSNL and above really makes uNL look bad.

Ranges widen when moving up, not the other way ... and if you don't like commiting when deep, then rathole (100bb ratholing that is)
