sublime, I am not an idiot. I simply do not know any non-US poker players and I took my time to come to the decision to move my money out this way (well whatever I didn't already get out with the ATM card). I really do need someone respectable, who is charging 5 % and is still offering to help me out. Please PM me.

...Yeah, the US govt would *never* make illegal seizures! LOL. Anyway, I hope people do get their money out. Actually, for all non-US clients, you might not want to leave money in there either, because the lawsuits against Neteller by US customers may freeze up everything eventually. I'm not a legal expert, tho. Just guessing.

i worded that wrong, sorry guys. i am just pissed at what has happened in the last 12 hours.

like 1% of the people doing this have had 'account troubles' (which carry little penalty anyways IMO) and all of a sudden the cost of doing business has went from "token of thanks" to "bend over".

I find it hard to believe that most sane people will pay the ridiculous 12.5 % fee. I would be rather upset if that one person ruined this for everyone by getting the thread removed.

The 12.5% fee is gone as of now, mostly because my Stars money is almost gone. I have maybe $2k left for today.

The Full Tilt fee is 10% and goes down to 8% for over $10k (or close to that). The AP fee is the same.

Someone had their account closed permanently, some had their account locked, a lot stopped doing this. It's nothing overly outrageous. If you think so, don't do it. That simple. Lots of people have.

Hi,

I'm open for business for large transfers from reputable posters. There is added risk, and I think the fairest way to deal with it it thus

i) I take 10% (inc. fee)
ii) I return 4% in 2 weeks provided my neteller acct. is still open. Otherwise I get to keep it.

Does this seem fair to everyone?

Dean,

I wouldn't keep the money in Neteller during those 2 weeks. Other problem, most will cashout by 2 weeks. Not to say it isn't a nice gesture though, I'm sure people will appreciate it. See Dean isn't as cutthroat as me.
