As you mention, I'm not thrilled with my QB depth, but Peyton, Palmer, Brady, Brees, McNabb, and Bulger were all taken by my pick in the 2nd. Rivers, Young, and Kitna were taken by mid 4th. People were taking backup D's and kicker's before I picked Leinart.

You are right about my RBs/WRs. I'm obviously stacked at RB. Parker/Gore share bye week 6 and Jacobs/Benson/Brown share 9, so week 9 I'm probably starting 3WRs, but luckily I have 2 guys in Housh and Smith who I can start every week regardless of matchup. The only pick I question is the Ronnie Brown one. Other than Week 6 I don't know how much I will play him, and I could have snagged Javon Walker there and crippked a few teams WR wise, and still probably gotten Brown in the next round. Either way, it doesn't matter much...if I do't win this league I'm probably gonna jump off a bridge. I arguably have 2 of the top 5-7 backs and 5 of the top 20 or so backs.

Finally had my draft today. Fellow well known 2+2ers Nation and .Alex. are in the league as well.

I drafted 4th, standard yahoo, 10 teams. I like my team a lot. In hindsight I guess I reached on the Pitt D but there are multiple Steelers fans in the league so I wanted to snag them, and perhaps I reached on McNabb(?), but likewise there are multiple Eagles fans and he fills my Eagle quota for fantasy =)

Seriously, your RB depth is ridiculous, and you have 3 top 15 WR's as well, 2 top 10. Your QB situation is fine considering how much value you got, and I like Eli more than Leinart.

12 Teams, 1QB 2 RB 2 WR 2 Flex 1 TE 1 D 1 K starting..Standard scoring.

I had the 6 pick, so middle pick of each round (Hate my 2nd and third picks)

I know its kinda hit and miss cause of the Brown/Lynch picks, but there was a huge early run on qbs in 2nd/3rd so I decided to take shots at rb's, especially with the two flex spots I felt that going RB hard early would be a good strategy, and pick wr's for value. Any input is appreciated!

2 Flex means that RB's are so incredibly valuable here, I really like going RB/RB/RB/WR/RB. Good depth late, didn't get shafted at TE, I like Eli as a mid tier QB. Ronnie is fine in the 2nd (though if MJD/Henry/McGahee or people like that were out there, it's a mistake). Same with Marshawn, except replace MJD/Henry/McGahee with Thomas Jones, Benson, Jacobs, and Edge.

You'll be solid at the most important spots in the draft, and IMHO, that's huge.

My two biggest mistakes were picking Ronnie over MJD, and Lynch over Edge, all the other guys in those tiers were gone for those picks. I hate the Lynch pick, but I think I can overcome it. The Ronnie Brown pick is so-so, for some reason I see him having a big yr so I took the chance. I'm also trying to use Norwood and one of my wr's to get a RB like Edge.
